Sandalwood essential oil exudes a woody and spicy aroma. This oil is distilled from the wood chips of the Santalum album tree, which grows primarily in Indonesia. Sandalwood oil is sought after worldwide for its soothing and refined scent.
The use of essential oils has its origins in the ancient civilizations of Egypt, China, and India. Essential oils are derived from flowers, leaves, and grasses. Their sometimes penetrating scents influence your mood, mental resilience, and create a pleasant atmosphere in your home.
What's special about essential oils is their versatility. Sandalwood oil is perfect for aromatherapy because of the serene atmosphere its scent creates. Use an aroma burner or diffuser to spread the wonderful fragrance. You can also add drops of sandalwood oil to your bathwater or apply it to your wrist.
Our tip: Sandalwood oil is a thick oil, making it a bit harder to drip from the bottle. If this happens, hold the bottle under warm water for a few minutes until the oil thins out.
Important Safety Advice
Diluted application : Mix sandalwood oil with a carrier oil, such as jojoba or almond, before applying it to your skin. A good ratio is usually 2-3 drops of sandalwood oil per tablespoon of carrier oil.
Patch Test : Always perform a patch test by applying a small amount of the diluted mixture to a small area of skin to check for any allergic reactions.
Do not take internally! Do not use sandalwood oil internally unless under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

The wooden diffuser looks even better in real life and works well. I blended the sandalwood oil with some ylang ylang and a drop of lemon and my room smelt amazing all night
