Returns and Refunds Policy

What are the return conditions?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, we ask you to register your return using our online returns form . You can also indicate this with another unambiguous statement.

After the 14-day period, you cannot cancel your purchase without a reason. Please contact customer service for further options.

Please note : the products must be returned in the same box, unused, complete and neat.



How many days do I have to return the products?
After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product.

Please return the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.


How long does it take to get my money back?
We will refund the order amount due as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after receipt and approval of the products from Kaoriki.

You will be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs.

The costs for returning from your home to our warehouse are at your own expense.

In the event of damage, the return of an incomplete or used item, or an unpaid shipment, you may be charged a fee. If unnecessary damage has occurred to the product, you may be charged for depreciation.

You are fully responsible for the costs of returning the products.

Can I exchange items?
Items may be exchanged provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact us at service@kaoriki.com .

How can I cancel my order?
You can submit a cancellation or change in writing by sending an email to service@kaoriki.com . Please include your order number and, if you have already paid, the IBAN where the refund should be processed.
We cannot process cancellations received by telephone.
